The thing that is significant about these interviews is not only that all these people are of another ethnic race than white. But that everyone one of these people worked in bad jobs. They were either builders or worked in mills and as nurses or maids. The conditions of there work were horrible like the stonecutters job, here. They all had jobs that you didn't see ordinary white people have, because they were viewed differently like if they weren't human or something. Some of them got tested like the maids who set the beds like this ladies story.

Part B

The person that was being interviewed was Crawford Ellis. He was on a Norwegian steamboat when he figured out what he wanted to do while rubbing to 20 dollar coins together. He was one of three vice presidents of the United Fruit Company, later he became the President of the Pan American Insurance Company which he organized himself. He was from Alabama, was male and was around the age of 24. The interview took place in Dallas Country.The person who interviewed Mr. Ellis was Mildred Thrash.
